Top of the South CommBase is a secure online tool, specific to Nelson, Marlborough and Tasman. It lets people register skills, resources or aid that they can provide during an emergency, and helps prepare neighbourhoods to be part of a coordinated community response.
CommBase works on a mapping system, so you will only be sent messages or alerts relevant for the address that you have recorded.
